Privacy Policy
Effective 16 July 2026
APT Advisory GmbH, Zug, Switzerland (APT, we or us) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions and data-protection requests may be sent to contact@aptadvisory.ch.
Information we process
We may process contact and professional details, company and transaction information, correspondence, assessment answers, documents submitted for review, payment status and transaction references, and technical information required to operate and secure our websites. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by APT.
Why we process it
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate and perform mandates, deliver purchased assessments, verify payment, operate and secure our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We process only information relevant to these purposes.
Service providers and international processing
APT uses specialist providers for website hosting, payments, forms, document storage, communications and professional support. These may include Stripe and Google Workspace. Information may therefore be processed outside Switzerland. Where required, APT relies on recognized legal safeguards and contractual protections for international transfers.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, client relationship, security or legal obligation. APT applies proportionate organizational and technical measures and limits access to people who need the information for the stated purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or further information about your personal data. You may also raise a concern with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Analytics, cookies and updates
With your permission, our websites use Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation and website performance. The Analytics tag is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie shared across APT’s website and assessment subdomain so the consent notice does not appear repeatedly. You may clear your browser’s site data to reset that choice. APT does not send names, email addresses or submitted assessment documents to Analytics. We may revise this policy when our services or legal requirements change.
