Terms of Service

Effective 16 July 2026

These terms govern website enquiries and online assessment services supplied by APT Advisory GmbH, Zug, Switzerland. A separate signed engagement letter prevails for bespoke advisory mandates.

Assessment service

APT provides an independent capital-readiness assessment based on the information and documents supplied by the client. The service is analytical and advisory in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.

Client responsibilities

The client confirms that submitted information is accurate to the best of its knowledge, that it is authorized to provide the materials, and that the materials do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. APT may pause work while required information or payment verification is incomplete.

Delivery

The stated 24-hour assessment period begins only after payment has been verified and APT has received a complete, accessible submission. APT will promptly notify the client if missing, corrupted, inaccessible or unusually extensive materials prevent completion within that period.

Outputs and use

The client retains ownership of its submitted materials. APT retains its methodologies, templates and know-how. The completed report is licensed to the purchasing client for its internal business use and may not be resold, republished or presented as a funding guarantee.

No outcome guarantee

APT does not guarantee fundraising, financing, investor acceptance, valuation, transaction completion or any other commercial result. Decisions remain the responsibility of the client and its appropriately qualified advisers.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, APT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate client information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Zug, Switzerland, subject to mandatory law.
